No. This is education and guided setup: you keep your keys, your seed words, and any signing on your own devices. I will never ask you to share a seed phrase or hand over custody, and I cannot move funds on your behalf.
Yes. Following a setup tutorial is only the first step and it is easy to miss best practices when it comes to Bitcoin security. A short call can allow me to point out the weakest links in your current setup and coach you on improvements to make sure that your Bitcoin stays safe.
You book a time through Cal.com and choose a length (for example 15, 30, or 60 minutes). Booking creates an event on your calendar with a link to a Cal.com video call; no downloads are required, and it is private. You can choose to have your camera on or off for additional privacy. You can use a single session to unblock one issue, stack sessions over time for bigger goals, or use the packages to complete full setups and get lifetime access to The Bitcoin Masters on Skool.
You do not need to share your legal name with me; use whatever name or handle you are comfortable with on the call. The Cal.com video link is private, and your camera can stay off the whole time if you want. Share only what you think is necessary; the focus is on your setup and questions. Everything we talk about will remain between you and me.
Packages bundle several calls around one roadmap (for example running your own node, self-custody and inheritance, or multi-sig). They include email support between sessions and lifetime access to The Bitcoin Masters community with any package purchase—that is the only way to get lifetime access; otherwise, there are monthly and annual plans for the community. Yes. We can build a clear plan together including backups, instructions, and what your heir should do if something happens to you. If it helps, we can schedule a call with your heir on the line so they hear the plan directly and can ask questions. You can also pre-book a session for a later date so they already have time blocked when they need walk-through help. The Self-Custody & Inheritance and Multi-Sig & Planning packages on the home page are built around this kind of work.
À la carte sessions are booked by the slot length you pick on Cal.com. Packages are fixed-price bundles that cover a full track of sessions plus between-call support. For the latest package numbers, see Coaching Packages on the home page.
Sessions are paced for you. We can stay high level until you are comfortable, use screen sharing when it helps, and repeat steps as needed. You do not need a programming background to use Bitcoin safely with good habits.
I have helped many clients recover wallets and get access back to their Bitcoin. I have also done forensic work to get clarity on what went wrong when Bitcoin has been stolen or lost. In those terrible cases I have also helped document what happened and given those resources to the client to file a criminal report.
If there is anything I can do to help you get your Bitcoin back I will do it.
